How to place your Bed:
Few simple things to keep in mind while placing our bed:
1. Bedroom should be in either, South West, South or West direction.
2. Bed should be placed on Southern (for elders) or Eastern (for kids) wall.
3. There should be a solid wall behind our heads when we sleep.
4. Bed should not be placed on the Toilet wall, it brings bad health.
5. Never sleep with your head towards North (leads to anemia & insomnia)
6. Bottom of the bed should be 6 inches high from the floor.
7. Place a music system in North West or South East and play melodious/romantic music.
8. No water body in the bedroom, it brings bad luck.
9. This is the tough one No TV in the bedroom.
Remember: A well-placed bed makes you more productive, cheerful, and energetic. So go for it and enjoy a healthy life.

Hi, my bed is in west wall , bed room is in south west of house.
Bedroom in the South West is good, however, try keeping head towards South if possible.
Need ur suggestion,
In South-west we have bed room . In that I do my work and trading. Center of the room we placed bed and east of the room we have toilet. Small window in north west corner of west. Almarah in west wall. South west Corner Small Almarah for Jewels and money. Right now am sitting in North west zone facing north.. So What would be the best sitting place for Trading…and facing ..
Thanks in advance
Vamshi
Best would be to either sit in the SW and face North East or North. For more information read https://www.dineshatrish.com/vastu-tips-for-traders/
My son’s bedroom is in the north sector. There is a solid wall on the north side and the the south side but the south side as a washroom behind the bed. I know the north is not the ideal location for the bedroom. What would you suggest?

Sir,
My hose building will be south facing. From east to west 30′ 4″ and north to south is 34′ + portico 8’6″x20″(Total length 42’6″). I want to build bed room in north west corner of the building. Is it will auspicious? pl. advice.
Sir,
It depends on the person who will occupy that bedroom if you are trying to make a master bedroom there, then please avoid it. If that bedroom belongs to an unmarried daughter then it is okay.
Feng shui always talks about bed placement direction s but I can never figure out. When it says my bed should be facing a direction does that mean the headboard should be there or the footboard? I don’t see any diagrams showing this.
Bed should be placed on a Southern Wall if we want to keep our Head towards South. Please go through the complete guide to bedroom location & bed placement http://www.dineshatrish.com/vastu-for-bedrooms .. If you have any doubt, do write here…
If my bed [my head] is towards a hanging curtain sliding door. Is that fine? That means I am looking forward my toilet door in the direction of north. Previously my headboard was towards my west concrete wall.
Thank you.
